Automating in NZ

Hi,
Ive been distilling for a while and am waiting for my new still to arrive from China. Located in New Zealand.
Although I'm not building it myself I am going to automate it.
Current plan is to use arduinos with various sensors. Software architecture will be node red and mqtt. Happy to find this forum, will be searching for info's.

Fine you found us.
Please feel free to post,and when your rig arrives to post some photo's,there is no need to shrink tue photo's.

You will find some great projects here so happy reading.
