Hi team , have spent a heaps of time trawling through all the awesome infor on here i do admit alot of it is over my head but love tinkering!
my self and my cheese maker mate have in stepped up from home brewing beer to a 50l still and more recently we had a few to many gins have set up a 400l 8 plate!! (we got the bug) looking forward to dialling things in with some digital gear.we love to tinker and this gear is the ultimate!

Well well that is a very nice introduction , so a warm welcome here.
Cheese makers that is great,,and one of the things I have to try.
Gin is a fine drink to make and you can make your own great recepy,if you can use ingredients from your own area,that is real fun.
Photo's from your still are always welcome.
Happy reading here on the forum and see forward to some posts from you  guys.
