Since 8 year destilling as hobby. Know the Epaarot from early start and though I'm a solder N00b, I want to try this project, as I see the Eparrot as a very valuable tool.

Nice you found us. :)
Maybe you could post some photo's of your rig ? there is no need to shrink your photo's
And yes the eparrot is a very nice tool but appart from that there is more going on here , as some new projects have started and on the go.
