Yes this is what keeps me busy on another forum.
Time to ventilatie it here and ask you how you think about it.
In my opinion the use of most additives is not ok.
Some people think they can increase the ammount of esthers into a rum by adding sulperic acid,and or other chemicals ,my question is do we realy want to go that way ? I personaly say NO way I want a good product without the use of chemicals.
Others think they can eleminate sulfite by the use of hydrogen peroxide,I say NO use copper into your apparatus and you will be ok,even with stainless steel equipment use some copper into the vapor pad and you will be ok.
Even the use of dab is into my concideration as I decided last year to stop to use it,I will use coocked yeast and tomato paste why should I use a .....technical /chemical /agricultural furtilizer made and intend for this purpose into my drinks as that is what it is.
I would like your input.
